Hotel Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities Our hotel/resort is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring guests have a safe and comfortable stay. You will maintain high morale for the engineering shift, teach engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment, solicit suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team, coach or counsel team members effectively, staff consistently achieve standards for the department, and discuss problems with employees as they arise.
