As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activities while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Wed 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Thur 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting activities as required. Communicate professionally with site personnel, guests, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
