Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Monee, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Tue: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Fri: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sat: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sun: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity. Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
