ASSEMBLER

FIRST SHIFT

START ASAP

REQUIREMENTS:

HS diploma
At least 1-2 years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
Experience in reading blueprints or engineering drawings
Able to use various hand and power tools

Job Summary
Working under direct supervision of production leads and limited direct supervision of production supervisors, assembles products in a manner that meets both the client's design criteria and customer expectations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Drawings- Retrieve BOMs, sales / assembly drawings, and master comments from the QAD system and correctly interpret them. Evaluate product for correct performance and visual characteristics.
Standard Operating Procedures - Correctly interpret DPMs, SOPs, TPs, and BVs located on client's intranet. Input test results into the FPY database.

Team Player- Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals

Safety Orientation and CBS - Manage work area in accordance to 5S principals. Apply continuous improvement techniques to the work area.
