Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Mount Carmel Senior Living Community – Mount Carmel, PA

Schedule: Full Time 30 hours a week or Part-Time or Consistent PRN

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) with outpatient experience to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered environment. We are currently offering a Part-Time and consistent PRN schedule , with the potential for a full-time position in the future .

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Current BLS certification

• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred
