Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling. Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo. Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and prepare for the next day before your shift ends. Remove trash and dirty linens. Greet guests you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies. Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances. Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and be aware of company-related practices. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Customer-oriented and friendly. Prioritization and time management skills. Work efficiently without compromising quality. Qualifications A professional demeanor. Clear communication skills and a clean uniform appearance are required. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
