Healing with Grace Counseling & Ketamine Center is seeking a compassionate and collaborative medical provider to join our growing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy program. We are looking for a Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Nurse Practitioner, or other appropriately licensed medical provider who is authorized to evaluate patients and prescribe/manage ketamine in Nevada. About the Role This position would focus on the medical component of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) while collaborating with our team of trauma-informed mental health clinicians. Responsibilities may include: Conducting medical and psychiatric evaluations for prospective ketamine clients Determining medical appropriateness and eligibility for ketamine treatment Prescribing ketamine when clinically appropriate Establishing individualized dosing recommendations and treatment protocols Providing ongoing medication management and follow-up appointments Screening for contraindications and relevant medical or psychiatric risk factors Coordinating care with HWG therapists providing KAP preparation, dosing support, and integration psychotherapy Providing medical guidance regarding adverse effects, medication interactions, and treatment concerns Maintaining appropriate clinical documentation Collaborating with the HWG clinical team to support safe, ethical, and client-centered ketamine care We're Looking for Someone Who: Holds an active and unrestricted license to practice in Nevada Has experience with ketamine treatment or a strong interest in psychedelic-assisted and ketamine-assisted mental health care Is comfortable working collaboratively with psychotherapists Values trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized care Demonstrates strong communication and clinical judgment Is interested in helping grow a thoughtful and ethical KAP program Experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, treatment-resistant mental health conditions, or psychedelic-assisted therapies is especially welcomed. About Healing with Grace Healing with Grace Counseling & Ketamine Center is a collaborative mental health practice in Henderson, Nevada offering individual, couples, family, and trauma therapy as well as specialized services including Brainspotting, EMDR, neurofeedback, assessments, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Our KAP model integrates medical oversight with intentional preparation, supported ketamine experiences, and psychotherapy integration. Position Structure We are open to discussing a structure that works well for the right provider, including part-time, contracted, or collaborative opportunities . This may be an excellent fit for a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner who already has an established practice and is interested in expanding into ketamine-assisted mental health care.
