Opportunity Advanced Practitioners – Other Specialties Job Details Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under physician supervision Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive patient assessments Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic procedures Provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources Perform preventive health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and care Communicate and coordinate care between case team members, patients, and families Conduct emergency procedures within scope of training Actively participate in current and future department initiatives Provide quality and compassionate care within ethical and religious directives Comply with medical records documentation standards Respond to consultation and evaluation requests from other service lines in a timely manner Must hold active DEA credentials and Physician Assistant licensure from the NCCPA prior to hire date BLS or ACLS certification required Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred Monday through Friday schedule Compensation Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAS HealthCare
