Manager, Product Management

Global Upstream Product Manager role within Baxter's Cardiology business unit responsible for managing software-based diagnostic products across their full lifecycle. Drives go-to-market strategy, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and develops product vision aligned with business objectives in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market strategy and support product launches with regional commercial teams
- Develop product expertise through understanding customer needs and generating feature/product insights
- Identify market opportunities, conduct research, and establish pricing and competitive positioning
- Support clinical evidence generation strategy in partnership with medical affairs
- Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, finance, and other functions to manage product portfolio and drive profitable growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent field
- 5–7 years product management or upstream marketing experience in medical devices
- Proven go-to-market and product launch expertise
- Deep product lifecycle management experience
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of regulated healthcare markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel approximately 25% of the time
Compensation: $112,000–$154,000 base annually
