Salary $20,800 guaranteed base salary (paid weekly) plus a $36,000 annual draw, providing the stability of approximately $56,800 in income while you ramp up. Realistic first‑year earning potential is $130,000–$150,000+ with uncapped commissions allowing top performers to exceed these earnings based on performance.
