Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff on assigned unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes
• Coordinate and oversee care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range:

+ RN Unit Manager: $ 80,000-$89,000 per year

+ LPN Unit Manager: $ 70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience, credentials, and location)
