Compactor Mechanic

Compactor & Baler Mechanic
We are hiring a Compactor & Baler Mechanic to service and repair equipment at customer locations including restaurants, retail stores, apartments, and commercial sites. This is a field-based role with daily travel.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair trash compactors and recycling balers
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Complete service calls and maintain work orders
- Communicate with customers on repairs and timelines
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical, heavy equipment, or industrial repair
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
- Welding is a plus
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license required
