ERP Finance Consultant (Business Analyst) is responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions in system implementation. Business Analyst ensures business requirements are adequately met and provides a variety of leadership and advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as required. Additionally, leads project planning, implementation, and requirements gathering efforts across projects to work through complex problems. Acts as liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during the initial phase of projects. Background in accounting and accounting processes is ideal. Qualifications Business Requirement Analysis Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes. Translate business requirements into logical and technical models, linking them to business processes. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use. Business Process Management Interface with clients and internal technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of functional requirements. Lead client workshops, analyzing business process decomposition, and designing solutions for application and process gaps. Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints. AI Engineer Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges. Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production. Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or their equivalents. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems. Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines. Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, comfortable working on application development projects for clients in the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Sanitary industry sector. Azure Cloud Engineer You are a seasoned cloud technologist and trusted advisor with deep expertise in Azure and DevOps practices. Comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives. Bring strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills, and be adept at shaping technology strategy, defining architecture, and guiding clients through complex cloud transformation initiatives. Lead the design and delivery of sustainable cloud and DevOps solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams to maximize the value of Microsoft Azure. Responsible for shaping solution direction, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements. Operate across the full lifecycle— from pre-sales and solution shaping through architecture, implementation oversight, and operational transition— while mentoring consultants and analysts and driving best practice adoption. Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines. Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies. Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments. Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover. Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads. Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure. Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives. Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development. Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
