User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to own end-to-end design execution for customer communications and digital experiences. This role will focus on creating clear, consistent, and engaging communication experiences while partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in communication design, UX design, content strategy, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end design execution for assigned communication initiatives. Deliver communication designs from concept through final implementation. Manage design iterations within established design systems, standards, and principles. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve team processes and ways of working. Surface execution insights, risks, and recommendations to ensure consistency and quality across experiences. Apply and reinforce established design direction, standards, and best practices. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system. Ensure communication experiences are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs. Required Qualifications Communication Design 4+ years of experience in Communication Design. Strong attention to visual and written detail to drive consistency and clarity across customer touchpoints. Experience creating effective information hierarchy for short-form messaging. Understanding of accessibility standards for readable and usable communication experiences. Content & Writing Strong written English proficiency, including grammar, editing, and concise writing. Ability to simplify complex concepts into customer-friendly language. Experience conducting content QA and reviewing edge cases for accuracy and clarity. UX Design 2+ years of experience in User Experience Design. Experience designing information architecture for messaging flows and decision-making paths. Proficiency in prototyping and testing communication patterns. Experience with journey mapping for notification and follow-up experiences. Strong understanding of design systems and reusable design patterns. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Conversation Design, particularly voice experiences and AI-powered interactions.
