As a Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.Key responsibilities include:Understanding the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educating clients and customers about brand benefitsBuilding, maintaining, and strengthening professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls and visitsIncreasing brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classesUtilizing marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunitiesProviding management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territoryIncreasing sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goalsPosition requirements include:Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferredA minimum of 2+ years of direct sales experienceStrong process and results driven attitudeExperience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferredSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies include:Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAdept at building rapport and maintaining client engagement through effective communication and disciplined organizationEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
