Location: Northbrook, IL
Schedule: Full-Time
Caseload: K–12
Work Arrangement: School-Based
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with K–12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention, and data-driven programming
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Pay: $50+ per hour, based on experience
Position Details
- Full-time BCBA opportunity supporting a K–12 caseload
- School-based position in Northbrook
- Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior programs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Ready to interview ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral consultation and support
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
- Maintain accurate documentation
