Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention, and data collection
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable and able to manage a caseload that spans multiple school locations
• Able to work effectively with students from kindergarten through grade 12

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments across three schools (one in Northbrook, two in Skokie)
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide staff training on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collaborate with educational teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Attend IEP meetings and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Promote a positive, supportive school environment for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
