Lead Usher: Audience Services Leader

CSUN is seeking a Lead Usher to supervise a customer service team for events at The Soraya and campus theaters. This on-site, temporary position is based in Northridge and may include evenings and weekends. You will oversee ticket scanning, seating, and patron assistance while enforcing venue policies. Required attributes include strong customer service, crowd management, and the ability to work under time pressure.
