Position Summary As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of The Chef's Warehouse within your territory, building trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators. You'll help customers discover products and solutions that elevate their menus, improve operations, and grow their businesses.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, win new business, and increase your earnings through an uncapped commission structure. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an industry-leading team of sales, culinary, protein, and produce experts.

What You Bring

Relevant Experience: Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, culinary, or other customer-facing environments is preferred. Experience as a chef or working closely with foodservice professionals is a plus.

Relationship-Focused: You enjoy building trust, developing customer relationships, and helping others succeed.

Positive & Self-Motivated: You bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You're eager to learn, take ownership, and achieve results.

Strong Communication & Organization Skills: You can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Education: A college degree is preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned sales territory.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the territory.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
