The structured Monday–Friday schedule (7:30–3:30) ensures dedicated time for exploration during your downtime, whether you’re hiking local trails, sampling local cuisine, or simply soaking in the California sunshine.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong skills in addressing the needs of students with severe behaviors
• Ability to serve children and young adults ages 5–22
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding adaptive tools and strategies
