Role: Lead Customer Relationship Location: Grand Rapids, MI Job Description: The Customer Relationship Lead is expected to manage a set of portfolios with PnL responsibility and is expected to manage and build growth strategies of the relationship. The role will require excellent relationship building to manage customer expectations and drive growth and transformation for all stakeholders. Responsibilities Business Development and accountable for Business Growth Relationship building and Customer experience Management Opportunity identification, Leads Generation and Sales Lifecycle Management Develop account growth strategy focused on identifying on new business areas and new service lines Qualifications Understanding of Sales Management Experience in Customer Management Strong Communication skills and Negotiation skills Experience Financial planning, Contract management & Legal matters related to business Experience in organizing and conducting large & strategic events Experience in managing diverse team Bachelor of Computer Science Technology and Domain Experience in operating with Agile Team and understanding of devops practices and Product model High level understanding of Enterprise architecture principles, platforms and IT ecosystem Understanding of Digital skills ranging from Web/Mobile/Cloud/Analytic & Insight High level understanding of various products and solutions in Retail industry Understanding of role of Data Engineering and Analytics technologies Retail Domain Experience, with functional understanding of retail domain Salary Range: $123,845 - $167,555 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
