Required Skills and Experience for ESA:

• 10+ years' experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles within large, complex, global organisations.
• Proven track record designing and delivering integrated solutions across CRM, ERP, data, and integration platforms.
• Strong hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CCM, IBP, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting IBP and demand planning (e.g. SAC/P and Blue Yonder)
• Sales incentive planning solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritise solution design across multiple programmes, platforms, and delivery teams.
• Strong experience working with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, vendors, and SMEs to align designs to target state architecture.
• Proven capability in managing architectural risks, issues, dependencies, and business change impacts.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-vendor, global transformation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex designs into clear, actionable guidance for delivery teams.

• Application, data, integration, and reporting views
• Defined integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and event-based patterns.

• Documented architecture decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs.
• Defined and approved non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, resilience).

1. Clear architectural guidance to delivery teams and vendors to support build, test, and deployment.
2. Resolution of design conflicts across platforms, programmes, and suppliers.
