Architecture design packs for:
- 10+ years' experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles within large, complex, global organisations.
- Proven track record designing and delivering integrated solutions across CRM, ERP, data, and integration platforms.
- Strong hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CCM, IBP, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience supporting IBP and demand planning (e.g. SAC/P and Blue Yonder)
- Sales incentive planning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritise solution design across multiple programmes, platforms, and delivery teams.
- Strong experience working with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, vendors, and SMEs to align designs to target state architecture.
- Proven capability in managing architectural risks, issues, dependencies, and business change impacts.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-vendor, global transformation environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex designs into clear, actionable guidance for delivery teams.

- Faster, smoother implementation enabled by clear, implementable designs and reduced rework.

- SAP SACP/P for IBP and Blue Yonder planning
- Azure Data Platforms and reporting
- Integration patterns and data flows
- Application, data, integration, and reporting views
- Defined integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and event-based patterns.
Architecture design packs for:
- Design reviews
- Architecture governance forums
- Design authority approvals
- Documented architecture decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs.
- Defined and approved non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, resilience).
- Clear architectural guidance to delivery teams and vendors to support build, test, and deployment.
- Resolution of design conflicts across platforms, programmes, and suppliers.
- Transition architectures and interim states to support phased delivery.
- Identified and mitigated architectural and integration risks.
- Impact assessments for design decisions affecting business processes, data, and operating model.
