Qualifications
• MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent
• Eligible to obtain a West Virginia state medical license
• Completion of a residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
