Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Newark, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Partner with a dedicated team to transport hazardous materials coast to coast using state-of-the-art dry vans.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely haul hazmat freight under federal and company guidelines
- Maximize efficiency to hit weekly mileage targets
- Collaborate with your co-driver for seamless handoffs
- Maintain thorough logs and inspection records
