The Palms at Sebring is a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. As an integral part of our team, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled ALF LPN/RN Weekends 7am-7pm to join our weekend shifts from 7am-7pm.

About the Role:

As a ALF LPN/RN Weekends 7am-7pm , you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct resident assessments and report any changes or concerns to the nurse manager
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as an LPN/RN in the state of [insert state]
