ALF LPN/RN 2pm-10pm
Join our team at The Palms at Sebring , a vibrant and supportive healthcare community, as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our 2pm-10pm shift team!
As an LPN/RN at The Palms at Sebring , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring their overall well-being. With a focus on teamwork and mutual respect, our staff is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds the expectations of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as ordered by physicians
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, reactions to medications, and other relevant observations
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal outcomes
Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services
Requirements:
Current LPN/RN license in the State of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Minimum of 0 years of experience; new graduates and experienced professionals welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
