Summary: Drivessales on the site level by vetting and answering leads, performing community outreach, helping to plan programming, and performing high level event execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Vets all leads in CRM software and responds within one business day. Stays up to date with tasks assigned in CRM software and keeps templates updated. Follows leads through contract signing. Assigns tasks and leads through CRM software. Works closely with GM, Chef, and marketing to ensure successful events. Establishes and maintains working relationships with community allies such as local chambers, Soln, etc. Conducts community outreach. Executes events at a high level to keep customers coming back. Identifies events and shows to increase marketing and investment opportunities in each market. Partners with marketing team on promotional materials. Helps plan in‑store programming which drives revenue and highlights the restaurant space. Performs various operational responsibilities as assigned. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises the banquet team and staff on the day of to ensure flawless execution. Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans. Sales Skills – Achieves sales goals; overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence; initiates new contacts; maintains customer satisfaction; maintains records and promptly submits information. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Five (5) or more years of banquet experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to cultivate community partnerships. Strong time management and organization skills. Previous management/leadership experience. Experience using MS Office products and Tripleseat software strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
