Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Agent to support brand awareness and promotional marketing initiatives through direct audience outreach and campaign participation. This role focuses on representing company brands, communicating marketing messages, and helping introduce products and services to target audiences. The Marketing Agent will participate in a variety of marketing activities designed to increase visibility, generate interest, and strengthen audience engagement. This position is well suited for someone who is confident communicating with people, adaptable in different environments, and interested in hands‑on marketing. Responsibilities Represent company brands, products, and services during marketing and promotional initiatives Communicate approved brand and campaign messaging to target audiences Introduce current products, services, and promotional programs to prospective customers Support brand awareness and audience outreach activities Participate in in‑person marketing campaigns and promotional programs Engage with members of the public and answer general questions about featured offerings Help generate interest and encourage participation in current marketing initiatives Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence during promotional activities Develop a strong understanding of current campaigns, products, services, and brand messaging Distribute and present approved marketing materials as appropriate Observe audience reactions, questions, and engagement during campaigns Gather feedback and communicate relevant observations to the marketing team Help track participation and basic campaign activity Collaborate with marketing and event teams during promotional initiatives Follow established campaign guidelines and brand standards Contribute ideas for improving audience engagement and campaign execution Support additional brand marketing and promotional activities as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident when interacting with a variety of people Ability to communicate marketing messages clearly and accurately Strong listening skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in customer‑facing and promotional environments Adaptable and able to work across different marketing activities Dependable with strong follow-through Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, communications, or consumer engagement Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, communications, or another public‑facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands‑on experience with marketing and promotional campaigns Exposure to brand representation and audience engagement Collaborative and team‑oriented work environment Opportunities to develop communication, marketing, and presentation skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
