Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews to accurately identify mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive tailored support in accordance with their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute situations, employing effective de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies to stabilize clients.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, resource availability, and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

• Document client progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and state regulations, ensuring evident continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to offer culturally sensitive services and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet each individual’s unique context.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable experience in therapeutic settings, with at least two years of relevant clinical experience post-licensure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of empathizing and establishing rapport with clients.

• Strong cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with individuals from a range of backgrounds, fostering a sense of respect and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits\n
