We are seeking a Member Solutions Representative to join our Contact Center team and serve as the first point of contact for our members.

Position Overview

As a Member Solutions Representative, you will create a positive first impression for members by providing exceptional service over the phone, email, and electronic communication channels. You will assist members with account inquiries, perform account maintenance, resolve issues, educate members on available products and services, and deliver solutions that enhance their financial experience.

This is a high-volume call center environment where you will handle approximately 75-125 inbound calls per day while utilizing multiple computer systems and maintaining quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Assist members with account inquiries, balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance
• Troubleshoot online banking, mobile banking, and website-related issues
• Research and resolve member concerns and service requests
• Verify member identity and protect account confidentiality
• Educate members on products and services that best fit their needs
• Process monetary transactions accurately
• Handle inquiries regarding fraudulent activity, travel alerts, and account security
• Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while documenting interactions
• Meet department goals, call quality expectations, and performance metrics
• Participate in call reviews and performance coaching
• Conduct meaningful member discussions and accurately document interactions

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, onsite
• Shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple screens and programs simultaneously
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
