360clean is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams, support client satisfaction, and help create clean, healthy workplaces throughout the York, Pennsylvania area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in honest work, enjoys helping people succeed, and brings positive energy to every job site.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support commercial cleaning team members during scheduled shifts
• Train new employees on 360clean procedures, safety practices, equipment, and quality standards
• Inspect completed work, address deficiencies, and ensure consistent results for each client
• Help manage staffing, coverage, supplies, keys, access procedures, and job-site communication
• Build respectful, dependable relationships with employees, customers, and management
• Respond calmly and professionally to client requests or unexpected issues
• Set the example through reliability, attention to detail, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment

What we’re looking for

• Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach people respectfully
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work evenings and/or flexible hours as client schedules require
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift supplies, and perform hands-on cleaning work
• Comfort using basic technology for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and reporting
• A commitment to following procedures, protecting client property, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching
