Press Brake Operator

Our client, a reputable steel fabrication company, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the steel fabrication process. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, solid math skills, and a motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Press Brake Operator Location: GILLETTE, WY Pay Range: $22-23/hr Shift: 40-50 hours / per week What's the Job? Operate and assist in the setup of press brake equipment used in steel fabrication. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. Measure, inspect, and verify completed parts to ensure quality standards are met. Safely handle and move steel materials throughout the production process. Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with safety standards. What's Needed? Previous press brake experience preferred but not required. Strong math, measurement, and layout skills. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations accurately. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
