•5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in a large enterprise.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling.
•Expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityHealth.
•SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Required).
•Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
•Preferred certifications: SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, CSM, SAFe Studio Experience, ICAgile.
