Overview Research Medical Center invites applications for the Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Progressive Care position. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinating all units’ functions in partnership with management. Responsibilities Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality patient‑centered care. Assist with admission and discharge processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement. Assist with staff scheduling. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with RN Diploma. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
