If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you!What You'll DoProcess vendor invoices and ensure all payments are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies or issues.Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing or payment inquiries.Assist with month-end closing procedures, including preparing reports and reconciliations.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable.Support the finance team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - 100% in officePay starting at $18.00-$23.00/hour based on experience.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar role.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Our Commitment to YouAt Bergstrom Automotive, we value our team members and are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace.
