What You'll Do:

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight
• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Must have a valid driver's license

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years' experience in [Field]
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Trade school preferred
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
• Ability to influence
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations

What You'll Get:

• The hourly rate for this role is $32.00 per hour
• Overtime pay: eligible (the company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday pay: eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick pay: granted up to 48 hours
• Paid time off / vacation / paid observed holidays (accruals start at.83 days a month, 4 floating holidays, 9 paid observed holidays)
