Administrative Support Specialist

Administrative Support Specialist
Perform duties such as:
- Word processing, filing, faxing
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating conferences
- Financial record keeping
- Obtaining supplies
Build and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Pull and review data reports to:
- Identify outliers, trends, and gaps
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Create reports and presentations for:
- Departmental managers
- Directors
- Executive leadership
Support leadership decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights
Prepare presentations on a weekly basis
Required skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create or improve processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Microsoft tools:
- Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Creating pivot tables
- Using basic formulas (sum, average, etc.)
- Analyzing and interpreting data sets
- PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Creating clean, professional, easy-to-follow presentations
- Integrating data from multiple sources
- Following required branding standards
- Microsoft Office Suite
Data analysis:
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis practices and associated tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
