Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse.Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing.Must be 18 years of age or older.An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional.Adequate reading, writing, speaking, and hearing skills to perform assignments.What makes LifeQuest unique?
