Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree
• Six (6) months of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively inform and assist with general inquiries and enrollment processes via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of customer service as all times
• Ensure an efficient experience for students with completion of required forms and documents, resolving registration issues, processing administrative changes, review transcripts, request documentation, process reinstatements and withdrawals, and re-sets student passwords
• Performs the functions of admissions, registration, and cashiering (reconciling/verifying/interpreting student accounts)
• Demonstrate knowledge regarding applicable Department / College and State / Federal regulations, policies and procedures relating to the enrollment process, appeals, graduation, scholarships, and other general knowledge necessary to communicate with the public (students, parents, staff, and faculty)
• Maintains, accesses, inputs, and retrieves data from the college departmental and external databases
• Attends staff meetings to exchange information and professional seminars and / or conferences to improve professional skills
• Assists other departments as necessary when assigned on any campus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Must have good customer service skills
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must have strong organizational skills, as well as effective oral and written communication
