Customer Service Representative

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bilingual (English, Spanish) Sales Team Member
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
- Educate customers about State Farm Insurance and financial service products.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
- Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
- Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English and Spanish ( spoken and written).
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
