Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We have a few cases in urgent need!

Option A

Schedule:8a-6p all days, 6p-6a Mon, Tue, Fri   

Location/Setting:   Home Environment in Brentwood

Age Range:  Infant

Acuity:  High-tech trach/vent, G-tube

Option B

Schedule:2p-10p Tue-Sat   

Location/Setting: Home Environment  in Homestead

Age Range:  Teenager

Acuity:  High-tech trach/vent, G-tube

Option C

Schedule:Flexible Day shifts up to 14 hours, Occasional overnights

Location/Setting:Home Environment in White Oak 

Age Range:  Teenager

Acuity:  High-tech trach, G-tube

Option D

Schedule:All morning and overnight shifts available!

Location/Setting:Home Environment in Bethel Park

Age Range:Pediatric

Acuity:High-tech trach/vent, G-tube, diabetes, autoimmune issues and a thyroid problem. Ambulatory but on the heavier side

Qualifications  

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days  

• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation
