Stone Arch Brewpub is looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in the historic Between the Locks building. As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, you will ensure our culinary team has the clean tools they need and our guests have sparkling glassware and plates for their craft beer and meals. Responsibilities Keep the dish station organized and moving quickly during busy shifts. Wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans. Operate and maintain the industrial dishwasher according to safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen floor by sweeping and mopping. Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins regularly. Ensure clean dishes and equipment are returned to their proper storage areas. Requirements Strong work ethic and a "team-first" attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment. Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train anyone with a great attitude. Reliable transportation to our Appleton location. Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
