Registered Nurse - Weekend Warrior Float Pool (Med Surg / ICU / PCU / ER)
Weekend Only | Premium Pay + Shift Differentials

Registered Nurse Job Summary:
Are you a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) looking to maximize your impact-and your earnings-on weekends? Join our Weekend Warrior Float Pool , where you'll bring your expertise to a variety of units including Medical-Surgical, ICU, Progressive Care (PCU), and Emergency Room (ER) . This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and enjoy the flexibility of float assignments.

Weekend Warrior RN Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple units, adapting quickly to each department's protocols and needs.
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to emergencies.
Support patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in diverse care settings.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of [Insert State].
BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications preferred or required based on assigned unit.
Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in at least two of the following: Med Surg, ICU, PCU, ER.
Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
