MLR is looking for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. In this important role, you will be responsible for monitoring complex medical conditions, administering treatments, and working closely with a team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise and commitment will significantly contribute to improving patient outcomes and positively impacting the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, document clinical information accurately, and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Operate and maintain ICU equipment, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Palliative Care Training preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ICU procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
