Team Staffing is currently searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a company in Burlington, IA to work 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidate must be organized, efficient, reliable, an eye for detail and a strong clerical background.


Pay: $13-$16/hr DOE

Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Basic office tasks including filing, faxing, typing, accurate data entry etc.
• Answering a wide range of high traffic inbound phone calls on a multi-line phone system from clients, consumers, attorneys, insurance reps, third parties.
• Evaluating and effectively explaining charges in detail to consumers
• Negotiating payment deadlines and/ or establishing payment plans
• Processing payments
• Abiding by all company policies, procedures, and principles.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required
• Professional and polite overall demeanor and articulate phone voice
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to develop working relationship with your co-workers and management team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ethical behavior when dealing with confidential, sensitive financial information.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
• Computer literate and capable typing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Must have the ability and resolve to stay focused on task regardless of interruption or distraction.
• Must be able to handle all calls with professional courtesy and dignity regardless of the situation.
• Must have the ability to maintain professional composure when a consumer becomes emotional or distressed.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA & FDCPA a plus
