We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country! This part‑time position is located at premier retail and event locations throughout the Greater Carolinas. You will represent a product you can believe in and earn by determining how many appointments you set. Base pay starts at $16 per hour plus up to $1,000 in weekly commission. Responsibilities Engage prospective customers in store locations and book no-cost consultation appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts. Participate in paid training and utilize proven marketing methodology to build success. Follow up with the team, provide feedback, and recoup information for next steps. Earn wages, bonus, and commissions based on performance. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. True people person with strong interpersonal skills. Motivated to help build the RBA footprint. Dedicated team player who can be available a minimum of 18 hours per week, including weekday and weekend hours. Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
