Shore Smiles Dental Arts is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming family dental practice in Waretown, New Jersey . We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service. Schedule new and existing patient appointments. Manage a fully digital appointment schedule and electronic patient records. Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and other front desk responsibilities. Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Previous receptionist experience is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable answering phones and scheduling appointments. Computer savvy and able to work in a fully digital office. Dental office experience is preferred. Experience with dental insurance claims is a plus but not required.
