What You Will Do Partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure food quality standards are met, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Help lead, train, and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent. Delegate tasks, manage workflows, and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team. Ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service, resolving concerns professionally, and leading by example in all interactions. Support financial performance by helping manage inventory, control costs, assist with scheduling and payroll, and ensuring operations align with sales and budget goals. Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement. What We Are Looking For Two to three years of leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of cost control, scheduling, and daily operations. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. What It Takes Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
