Staffing Coordinator

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator!

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and complete schedules for nursing department.
Ensure staff are onboarded and oriented in a timely and seamless manner.
Maintain stable staffing levels.
Assist with employee retention efforts.
Work well with Administrator and department heads regarding scheduling issues.
Participate in management meetings as required.
Other reasonable duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

You will be a great Staffing Coordinator because:

You have a CNA license.
You have interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication skills.
You have Scheduling / management experience.
